This policy explains what data Zentrik (zentrik.site) processes when you use the platform or visit a store published on it. It applies to the public site and the dashboard.

1. Who is responsible

Zentrik is software as a service that lets each business manage its point of sale, catalog, and orders. The business that creates a store is responsible for its own customers' data. Zentrik processes the account and operational data needed to provide the service.

2. What data we process
  • Account: name, email, and password (stored encrypted).
  • Business: store name, the contact phone you provide, locations, catalog, inventory, orders, and any other data you add in the dashboard.
  • Store customers: the details customers enter at checkout (such as name, phone, and address) so the business can arrange the order.
  • Technical use: session logs and, only if you accept and analytics is set up, aggregate visit measurement.
3. How we use it

To create and maintain your account, keep each store's information separate, run the point of sale and catalog, and display the public storefront. Zentrik does not sell this data.

4. Orders and WhatsApp

Checkout builds the order and may redirect to the business's WhatsApp, using the number that business set up. Zentrik does not process card payments or take part in delivery. The platform support number, if any, comes from the environment settings: if it isn't set, no support link or phone number is shown.

5. Cookies and analytics

Session cookies are required to access the dashboard and keep you logged in. You can't decline them and keep using your account.

The cookie notice saves your choice (accept or decline) in your browser's local storage, under the key zentrik_cookie_consent. That choice doesn't block you from using the app.

Google Analytics 4 only loads when both conditions are met: there's a valid ID in the environment (GA4_MEASUREMENT_ID) and you chose to accept. If the ID is empty, no tracking script is added. Declining keeps analytics off.

6. Retention and security

Data is kept while the account or store is active and for as long as needed for operational obligations. Each store is kept separate by its ID. You're responsible for protecting your and your staff's login credentials.

7. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data through the support channels the platform publishes. If a channel isn't set up, it isn't shown. The terms of use for the service are in the Terms and conditions.

You can change your mind by clearing the consent key in your browser. The notice will show again on your next visit.
